Draft Land Development Ordinance
The City of Trenton has released a draft Land Development Ordinance review by city residents and stakeholders. This draft Land Development Ordinance proposes to modernize the City’s zoning regulations and align them with the Trenton250 Master Plan. Please visit https://trenton250ldoupdate.com/ to review the Draft Ordinance and submit any comments, questions, or concerns you may have. There is a summary of the Ordinance on the website as well as a Frequently Asked Questions page that we will be continually updating as we receive questions.
Schedule
- The Ordinance will be introduced at the Planning Board Meeting on September 23, 2021 at 6pm.
- The City will continue taking public comments on the Ordinance until December 31, 2021.
